To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Be the owner or authorized representative of the website/business you're analyzing
• Provide accurate and complete information

Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Pricing: All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are as displayed on our website unless otherwise specified.

Payment: Payment is required upfront for all service packages. We accept major credit/debit cards processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all service packages. If you're not satisfied with our work within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full.

Taxes: Prices exclude VAT where applicable. UK customers will be charged 20% VAT.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for each package:

• SEO Boost Pack: 5-7 days
• Business Starter: 2-3 weeks
• Premium Growth: 4-5 weeks

Client Cooperation: Timely delivery depends on your cooperation in providing necessary information, access, and feedback.

Revisions: Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Our IP: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on ThingGo are owned by us or our licensors.

Your IP: You retain ownership of your website, content, and intellectual property.

Work Product: Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project (website design, content, etc.). We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not use our analyzer to analyze websites you don't own or have permission to analyze
• Not resell or redistribute our reports or analysis
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Specific search engine rankings or traffic increases
• That our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• Specific business outcomes or revenue increases

SEO results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control. We provide expert services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

THINGGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThingGo from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your website or business operations

By You: You may terminate our services at any time by contacting us. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations) will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.

Informal Resolution: Before pursuing formal legal action, please contact us at info@thinggo.uk to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any service feature
• Add or remove service packages
• Adjust pricing for future purchases
• Update our technology and methodologies

We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect ongoing services.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
