These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of transport services by ThingGO LTD ("we", "us", or "our") to customers ("you" or "your"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ThingGO LTD provides goods transport services across the United Kingdom using our Mercedes Sprinter fleet. Our services include:

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from ThingGO LTD via email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding pickup/delivery addresses, goods description, weight, dimensions, and any special requirements.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to VAT where applicable. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Payment is due as agreed in your booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods as specified in your invoice.

You are responsible for ensuring goods are properly packaged and secured for transport. We are not liable for damage to inadequately packaged items.

You must ensure that pickup and delivery locations are accessible and that authorized persons are available to hand over/receive goods at the agreed times.
We will exercise reasonable care in the handling and transport of your goods.
We will make reasonable efforts to collect and deliver goods within the agreed timeframes. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to £100 per consignment unless:

Claims for loss or damage must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of delivery (or scheduled delivery date for non-delivery).
Cancellations made:
Changes to pickup/delivery addresses, times, or goods description may result in revised pricing and must be agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, vehicle breakdown, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide a full refund.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, pandemics, or government restrictions.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
